Therapeutic coaching for mothers—where you come back to yourself and life actually begins to shift.

Individual Coaching

Motherhood is a time of profound joy, love, and connection — and also a time of challenge, loneliness and loss.

You can feel more alive than ever and also wonder where you went.

There are coaches who focus on habits, routines, and action steps.
And there are therapists who go deep into your past to understand your patterns.

We do deep, relational work, grounded in somatic and nervous system awareness and emotional truth, so you can actually understand what’s happening inside of you in motherhood.

And we don’t stay there.

We bring it into your real life—your mornings, your relationships, the moments you feel overwhelmed, reactive, or disconnected—so things don’t just make sense, so you don't just build awareness of your patterns, but they actually begin to change, little by little, step by step.

This is not about becoming a better version of yourself.

It’s about:

not losing yourself in motherhood

understanding your reactions instead of judging them

feeling more steady in moments that used to take you out

reconnecting with parts of you that feel distant or buried

feeling more connected in your relationship—without disappearing inside of it

coming back into relationship with yourself in this season of your life

Who I work with

The mother who looks like she has it together, but simply doesn’t feel like herself anymore, and doesn’t know how to find her way back to her body, her desire and her aliveness.

The mother who is self-aware, has done therapy or personal work and is still getting activated, anxious, reactive, or overwhelmed.

The mother who is constantly in her head, overthinking, second-guessing, replaying every conversation and decision 100 times over.

The mother who feels like she’s holding everything—emotionally, mentally, relationally—and feels torn between wanting space for herself and wanting to be present with her family.

The mother whose relationship feels off—more tension, more resentment, more distance, less connection—and she doesn’t know how to shift it.

The mother whose career or sense of identity feels unclear, distant, or no longer aligned.

Testimonials

  • "Talia has helped me find a way into “me,” and it’s been so clarifying as I navigate these various roles in this chapter of my life. The best way I can describe this work is that Talia helped me set aside my mind and connect better with my soul. She expertly guided me into engagement with a deeper self, and this helped inform the “why” behind some of the discomfort and escalation I’d been experiencing every day. Through working together, I’ve learned how to better attune to my present state and how to build regulation into my daily life (as opposed to “surviving” with increasing stress levels)—tools that I now consider essential in any given week. I’ve also developed a working understanding of some core fears that may be motivating my decision-making and methods for working with and through them, challenging their ability to control me in a given situation. With these changes, I’ve felt my confidence increase, especially when I have to line-draw between work, family, and self.”

  • "After just one meeting with Talia, one thing became clear — I am not alone in this. She created a space where a group of women who had never met could sit together, tell the truth, and actually feel held. The warmth, the depth, the way she holds the room — it's unlike anything I've experienced. This is for the mother navigating the space between who she was, who she is now, and who she is becoming. I didn't know how much I needed it until I was in it."

  • "I found the mothers group to be profoundly moving. It was both inspiring and healing to reflect on aspects of motherhood that are rarely spoken about or even acknowledged—such as grief, struggle, and sadness. The reflection questions themselves were healing, but the real magic came from the space that was so thoughtfully held: held by Talia, and held instinctively by the women for one another when given the opportunity to be vulnerable and truly show up. There were also beautiful reflections on all the joyful and awe-inspiring parts of motherhood. I left the group feeling a deep sense of closure around my postpartum experience with my first child (five years ago), as well as a renewed sense of awe, excitement, and aspiration. I feel inspired to show up as my most present, authentic self as a mother—and this group helped me understand what that really means to me."

    — TEGAN, MOM OF 2

  • "I've been working with Talia for two years, meeting every other week, and it's been one of the best decisions I've made for myself. As a working mom of three, I was also carrying unresolved struggles with my own family, and I knew I needed to create the time and space — with professional guidance — to unpack and heal from a challenging past. Over these two years, I've grown in my self-awareness, learned to better understand my emotions, and developed real skills and strategies to navigate them. If you're on the fence about beginning your own healing journey, I'd wholeheartedly say go for it. If there's one thing Talia has taught me, it's that we intuitively know and feel far more than we often allow ourselves to acknowledge."

    — CHRISTINA, MOM OF 3

  • “Through our work together, I've learned in relationship the ability to really hold two truths, two experiences—my partner’s history and woundings alongside my own (forever a practice and work in progress :)). I understand my childhood wounding and how it shows up for me. Instead of trying to change what activates me, I’m paying more attention to what my inner voice sounds like when I do get activated—learning how to love and hold space for the little inner me that needed, and still needs, that. But really - wow. What a gift it is to work with Talia. She's a warm hug, a breath of fresh air, a new perspective, a way of being seen. She possesses the ability to be both soft and gentle, but also strong and sturdy through challenging inner work and what that brings forth.”

  • I’ve been attending Mother Talks gatherings since January 2025 after being introduced by a friend. I felt like time with my kids was flying by before my eyes. One of my goals for that year was to slow down and focus more on my motherhood journey. My friend mentioning the group seemed almost serendipitous, and I figured, “why not?” I am truly so grateful that she introduced me to Talia’s groups because it has turned out to be one of the most grounding and meaningful experiences of this season of my life. Motherhood is beautiful, rewarding, exhausting, overwhelming, and at times just feels plain crazy. This group has given me the space to slow down, reflect, and connect with women who truly understand both the joys and challenges of motherhood, particularly for me as a working mom. Talia always guides us through thoughtful and meaningful reflection prompts that encourage me to look at my motherhood experience in ways I normally wouldn't have made time for. Those conversations and moments of self-reflection have been incredibly valuable and impactful. She creates such a welcoming and comfortable space for everyone to share and connect— it has truly shown me that were all on this journey together. I always leave each gathering feeling lighter, encouraged, and truly grateful for the connections and conversations that we had. It has been an incredible experience, and I would highly recommend Mother Talks to any mama looking for community, connection, and a space to grow.

  • "Joining Mother Talks has been one of the most grounding and meaningful parts of my motherhood journey. The monthly sessions create such a rare opportunity to pause and reflect in the middle of the intensity and beauty of raising young children. Through conversations around identity, motherhood, relationships, core wounds, and personal growth, I’ve been able to reconnect with myself not just as a mother, but as a whole person, becoming someone new in this season of life. What I appreciate most is the intentional space it creates. It’s so easy to get swept up in the day-to-day rhythms of motherhood and lose sight of who you want to become. Mother Talks has helped me continually return to that deeper sense of purpose, presence, and self-awareness. The community has also been incredibly special. I’ve formed genuine friendships through this group, and it has become such a meaningful source of connection and support. More than anything, Mother Talks has helped me honor the sacredness of this chapter with my children. It has reminded me to slow down, delight in them, and truly take in the fleeting beauty of these early years instead of rushing through them. I’m deeply grateful to Talia for the space, reflection, and community she has created and brought into my life."

    — SAVANNA, MOM OF 2

  • "I’m a mother raising my 3-year-old daughter, while finding my way back to myself. This group has offered a space for reflection, honesty, and community. The vulnerability shared within the circle has helped me slow down, trust myself more deeply, and reconnect with my own wisdom as a mother. Joining this group will remind you that motherhood was never meant to be carried alone. This group is truly amazing, and Talia is such a light!"

    — JULIE, MOM OF 1

  • “I initially joined Mother Talks because a dear friend spoke highly of it. I was hoping to find authentic connections with other women in a similar stage of life. While I absolutely found those connections, I ended up gaining so much more. Our monthly gatherings have been such a grounding companion for me on what has turned out to be a pretty profound personal journey. I have been reflecting on how my identity and values have shifted (and not) since becoming a mom, and how my own childhood influences how I parent today. Every time I leave a Mother Talks session, I find myself thinking about the deeply provoking questions Talia asked the group. Some of the most impactful shifts for me have been learning to recognize when my nervous system is activated, developing a real somatic awareness, and learning to trust my own intuition as a mother. I am so grateful to feel seen and accepted exactly as I am, and to know that I'm not walking this path of motherhood alone.”

    - STEPH, MOM OF 2

  • “As mothers, we spend so much of our time focused on caring and supporting others. Mother Talks has become a space where I can reconnect with myself. Talia has a remarkable gift for facilitating conversations and exercises that are thoughtful, inspiring, and deeply meaningful. The women in this group are supportive, genuine, and welcoming, and I’ve felt embraced from day one. Every gathering leaves me feeling grounded, seen, supported, and reminded that I’m not navigating motherhood alone. I’m so grateful to be a part of this community.”

    -ELLEN, MOM OF 2

  • "I'm a working mom of two and found Mother Talks when I was in the thick of the one-to-two transition. I initially joined out of curiosity and a desire for more community with moms going through similar experiences, and I'm so glad I did. Talia provides just the right amount of structure for us to reflect on topics that might not naturally come up, dig deeper with our own thoughts and experiences, and find common ground with and support from others in the group. Since joining Mother Talks I feel more confident in how I want to show up to my kids and how I can balance my role of mother alongside the other roles I hold. I feel so fortunate and grateful to have access to this amazing group of women and the conversations that Talia facilitates."

Here’s what is possible for you…

Mother Self — Shifts
01

You wake up feeling steady instead of immediately flooded with everything the day requires. Even on busy mornings—kids needing you, breakfast to make, a full day ahead—you feel clearer in your mind and more grounded in your body.

02

When hard moments happen—with your kids, your partner, or within yourself—you recover more quickly and can move forward without letting it impact your entire day (or week or month).

03

You have the tools to express your needs inside of your relationship in a way that is actually bringing you closer together.

04

You finally trust yourself, and make clear and empowered choices from a place of knowing what is best for you and your family.

05

You're more present in your life. Instead of rushing through the day or counting down to bedtime, you're able to slow down, notice what's happening around you, and actually experience the moments you're in.

06

You feel yourself coming back online: grounded, clear, alive and connected to the woman you are now...and this version of you? Is the best one yet.

07

You're no longer counting down the minutes until bedtime or just getting through the day. Instead, you feel present for the joy, playfulness, and sacredness of this season with your children.

This work helps you stay connected to yourself within that change.
