Find Your
Mother Self
4 MONTH GROUP PROGRAM
A group coaching program for mothers navigating the emotional and identity shifts of early motherhood. So you can find yourself again within motherhood and feel confident in the woman you are now.
Motherhood changes everything
The early years — raw, tender and deeply transformative — have a way of unraveling what once felt certain.
What if you could…
❋ Have hard moments with your kids or your partner, and not spiral for the rest of the day, beating yourself up about how you lost your sh*t.
❋ Notice yourself getting overwhelmed… and not go straight into snapping, shutting down, or guilt.
❋ Understand why you react the way you do—instead of thinking something is wrong with you or trying to fix yourself.
❋ Stop carrying everything alone in your head and pretending everything is fine when it isn’t.
❋ Say what’s actually true for you—without feeling like a bad mom or forcing gratitude when you actually feel overwhelmed or depleted.
❋ Move through your days with more steadiness—not perfect, just… less on edge, as you let go of the pressure to do motherhood “right.”
❋ Feel more joy and presence with your kids—not by doing more, but by feeling less drained, less reactive, and more like you’re fully there with them.
This is for you if…
You simply don't feel like yourself anymore... you keep canceling plans, have no desire to do the things you used to enjoy, and you're just trying to make it through the day.
You feel overwhelmed by the sink full of dishes, irritated that he once again left food crusted on the plates, and sometimes find yourself fantasizing about disappearing for a week, where no one needs anything from you.
Your relationship feels off…you haven’t had sex, you don’t cuddle, he doesn’t give you “the look” anymore, and your body feels like a far cry from what it was when he met you… and you don’t know how to shift it.
You always knew you wanted to be a mother and imagined it would be the beautiful, fulfilling experience you were promised. Instead, it's been far more exhausting, disorienting, and all-consuming than you ever expected. Some days you wake up and wonder who you are, where the woman you used to be went, and how you got here.
The thought of going to work makes you want to collapse into bed and hide because your sense of direction feels unclear—do you even want to work?
There’s frustration building inside of you—sometimes even rage. You snap at something small— toys left on the floor, a blowout, another interruption when you just sat down—and suddenly you’re wondering, where did all of this anger come from?
You feel disconnected from parts of yourself—your desire, your energy, your aliveness.
People are texting you, your parents or in-laws are checking in, friends are trying to make plans—and somehow you’ve never felt more alone. No amount of messages, company, or flowers actually touches the loneliness you feel inside.
Imagine this…
❋ You wake up, and your mind isn’t already racing through everything the day will require.
Even on busy mornings with the baby crying, breakfast, and a hundred things to do, there’s just a little more space—and you don’t feel like you’re carrying it all alone anymore.
❋ You’re sitting with your family—
at dinner, on the couch, in the middle of a normal moment—and you’re actually there instead of somewhere else in your head.
❋ You and your partner start to feel like a team again—
the small conversations don’t turn into tension, you can actually talk things through, and there are moments of laughter (and even romance) that remind you why you chose each other in the first place.
❋ You trust yourself more,
so when a hard moment happens with your kids or your partner, you don’t spend the next three hours replaying it in your head, wondering if you messed everything up.
❋ You feel clearer about what you want your career to look like in this season of life
and how to create a work-life balance that reflects who you are now.
❋ You have a ride-or-die community of women you can text about your clogged milk duct or your toddler fully melting down in Target because you peeled the banana “wrong”.
How your husband breathing too loud suddenly feels deeply offensive, and how you cried watching your kid sleep because you can’t believe you get to be their mom—all in the same day.
In this program, you will…
Say the things you've been holding in—out loud, in a space where you're actually understood.
Learn to catch yourself in real time—before snapping, shutting down, or spiraling—and come back to yourself.
Understand why you're reacting the way you are, so you stop thinking something is wrong with you.
Practice real, doable ways to return to yourself during your actual day—in your kitchen, with your kids, in the middle of it all.
Get clear on what you actually want now—so you can stop second-guessing your decisions and your direction.
Feel deeply supported by women who are in it too—so you're not carrying everything alone anymore.
Who this is for…
This is for you if you are in your early years of motherhood (0 months–5 years postpartum) navigating the emotional, identity, relational, and inner shifts of this season of life.

The Grief No One Talks About
This month is about giving voice to the grief that lives in the quiet corners of early motherhood — the identity you're mourning, the woman you're still finding, the emotions too complex and too tender to explain. All of this existing alongside the sacred and profound love you feel for your child. This is the space where it's finally safe to feel all of it, name all of it, and begin to understand that grief and love can exist in the same breath.
Why You React the Way You Do
The way you react makes complete sense. This month you will discover why. We go beneath the surface into your nervous system, your triggers, and your deeply ingrained coping patterns. The emotional overwhelm you feel isn't a flaw. It's a story. And when you understand that story, everything changes. Understanding yourself on this level will transform the way you parent and your most important relationships.
Coming Back to Yourself
This month is dedicated entirely to you — to the sacred practice of coming back to yourself within motherhood. You'll explore intentional solitude, learn how to truly resource yourself, and walk away with tools and practices that become your anchor through the hardest, most overwhelming motherhood moments. This isn't a luxury. This is the most important work you will do — for yourself, and for everyone you love most. You'll feel grounded again, connected again, alive again.
Claiming Your Mother Self
You'll emerge from this month with a sense of wholeness in the woman you are now — grounded in yourself, clear on what matters to you most, and equipped with the practices and tools to stay deeply connected to yourself through every beautiful, messy, sacred chapter ahead.
